Skills Essential to Data Analysis

In addition to our Analytics for Information Driven Decisions program, we offer a number of specific skill courses.  These courses are focused on helping participants build skills to help put their data analytics knowledge to work.

The ability to solve problems is essential to successfully analyzing data.  In our problem solving courses we teach reliable problem solving and decision making methods that integrate into our AIDD methodology.

Critical thinking is essential to our success.  In our critical thinking courses, we teach participants to identify and define problems and challenges and the factors that contribute to them.  Participants learn to be aware of their own and others' bias and reduce it's effect.

The ability to generate ideas and alternatives is a key to our ability to innovate.  In our creative thinking and innovation courses, we teach participants how to eliminate barriers to their own creativity.
